What is it and how does it work?
The correct name for this process is: Injection molding, which consists of injecting polymers previously melted by heat into a special mold.
This production technique usually has a low cost, is immediate and has multiple benefits, but it requires a special machine. As well as considering the pressure, volume and temperature so there is no aesthetic defect in the product.
Through the hopper, the plastic is mixed and melted to subsequently inject into a mold, where it solidifies. Once the plastic has cooled, the mold opens and the part is carefully extracted. The mold closes again and the process repeats.
So, remember, for this process to work correctly you must pay attention to:

- The correct temperature for injection
- Cooling to solidify the product in the desired way
- The correct angle for demolding
